Does anyone happen to know whether or not if a BDC (NT4) can have a trust
with a W2K3 Domain Controller???

Yes as long as the domain and forest functionality level will allow for the
existence of the NT 4.0 BDC it can indeed be a BDC in the Windows Server
2003 Domain.

If you mean can you have a trust relationship between a Windows Server 2003
domain and a NT 4.0 Domain - yes you can regardless of the Windows Server
2003 Domain or Forest functionality level.

You do not set up a trust between a Server and another one.
Trust relationships are set up between domains.

Those trust relationships are initially configured between 2 servers setting
up a secure channel - so the answer is yes there is no problem setting up a
trust relation ship between 2 domains regardless of the servers in each
domain , NT 4.0 or Windows Server 2003

Use User Manager for Domains and AD Sites and Services to set up the trust.
