I have a trust relationship which works perfectly well between NT4 and
Windows 2003 Domains.

I need to reboot the NT PDC, becuase i needed to make registry changes for
the ADMT tool...

IF i reboot the server, will the trust connect itself after reboot, or
should i remove trust, rebootand then restablish..

advice welcomed!

The trust will persist. Just go ahead an reboot. The only way it could be
lost is if something is really screwed up, and you would already know that
by now.
