What you are asking about is called "Nic Teaming". It is not a "Windows
thing" and it is not done with Windows. It requires special Nics designed
for that purpose which come included with thier own software and drivers to
make it all work. Windows just simply "goes along for the ride" and uses
it,...but it is not what "implements" it.
