trouble in wins

I have make one VPN betwteen two servers, windows 2003 server

1 Server IP: 192.168.2.54 /Name: Sevilla /Domain : Navaja (this server is
an PDC or primary control domain)

2 Servidor IP:192.168.1.54 /Name: Barcelona / still without domain

the ping from the server 1 to 192.168.1.54 works
the ping from the server 2 to 192.168.2.54 works

i want to make the server 2 a secondary DC. when i try to connect to the
domain NAVAJA with the user administrator i ahve the follow error


"The domain name NAVAJA might be a NetBIOS domain name. If this case verify
that the domain is properly registered with WINS
como registro SEVILLA en el wins de BARCELONA??? es eso lo que tengo que
hacer???

First of all, it is not recommended to enable RRAS on a DC. See this page;
Name resolution on VPN
After enabling RRAS on a DC with WINS and DNS server, you may have
some Master Browser, WINS or/and connectivity issues. That reason is that
