Trouble configure a connection

Having trouble following the Wondows XP Help to To configure a connection
Have Open Network Connections but don't have the Security tab.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

No Enough information for us to work with.
Does this a Router/Modem or ICS sharing?.
What your Operating system version?.
Please list the Hardware/Software involved in this setup and what you want
to achieve.
