What app are you trying to setup.
If you are using triggered port forwarding, your app in question must make
an outgoing request on the same port all the time (least once every 2
minutes). Once this outgoing request is made, then incoming ports (in your
case, 6898-6990) are opened for 2 minutes (if no additional traffic on the
additional port is made).
Description field: put anything you want there (i.e. a description of why
you made the port forward).
