i tried

i have already tried both of them and no response.i found something similar
on this forum when i search for win32k.sys but i didn`t manage to folow the
steps of the repair method i did not find the files witch i supose to copi
and rename.my recovery disc just tried to repair itself the problem with no
result and i was not able to find the files wich i need to work with
