Transfer workstation profile (NT DC user profile to W2K3

Is it possible to transer a workstation users NT domain profile to a W2K3
newly created profile?

Is ther a utility to accomplish this?

Also when using the copy profile option, for a local workstation profile to
a domain profile W2K03. I get an error, that processes with not allow
completion or copy to finish successfully. Most of the Icons came over, but
outlook wanted to install for the first time?

Do not keep creating new threads by posting the same question under
