Transfer Speed?

Hi.
How long would it take to transfer 20GB of data at .11G speeds across an
adhoc wireless network do you think? Thanks.

11Mbits/sec association speed will yield about 5Mbits/sec throughput
using UDP (no ACK's) and perhaps 4.5Mbits/sec for TCP (with ACK's).

4.5Mbits/sec / 8 = 0.56MBytes/sec.
20Gbytes / 0.56 MBytes/sec = 36000 seconds = 10 hours.

I dont think Jeff saw the . in the .11G...........
Based on 54mbs with an approx 22mbs actual throughput it would take
around 2 hours +/- a few minutes.
