Can I transfer a domain from Windows 2000(server1)to Windows Server
2003(server2), without changing the user profiles on the clients which is
about 100 users?

If you are running Active Directory with a Windows 2000 domain controller,
you can add a 2003 DC to the same domain without needing to perform any
profile or client migrations. By running dcpromo on a 2003 member server,
you are effectively upgrading your domain to Windows Server 2003. See MS KB
