Is it possible to transfer the DHCP database and/or configuration from a
2003 to 2000 server? If so how?

I could only find information on moving from NT/2000 to NT/2000/2003 but no
the other way around.

Schema for DHCP database is different between Win2K and Win2K3. I don't
think there is any tool/utility that provides this down-level migration,
from a 2003 to 2000 server.
