Hi can anybody recommend a programme (preferably freeware) that keeps a
track of the amount I download and logs it, I have tried Analox NetStat
and that would be fine except it does not keep a record unless you
don't switch off, and also a programme called Traffic Counter that just
does not work.

Hi Trevor, you might like to try BitMeter 11 from http://codebox.no-ip.net/
I have it running on our 3 machines to log the throughput. It has proved to
be very stable on our XP machines
