Hi ,
I was looking for some utility that can randomly drop packets sent out
of the network. I did look at "tcng", but it is not yet available for
the 2.6 kernels.
has some used anything on 2.6.11 kerbel.

netem

You already have it in kernel (assuming you have recent iproute2
installed & right config options I suppose)
