Is it possable with a computer to use the command prompt to figure out which
switch your computer connects to and maybe even the port #

No.

But they make tools that you remove the cable from the PC, plug the cable into
the tool,..the tool flashes a pattern that you can spot by looking at the LEDs
on the switches till you see the LED flashing that pattern.
