Hello,

I wondered if anyone has any thoughts on TPON lines?

How to get them converted to copper would be a good place to start.

I've got no further than finding the latest info on Samknows (dated
2004)

There was/is a system by which a person wanting ADSL could be
converted back to copper to allow this to happen.

Best thing to is place an order & hope the ISP wants your business
enough to get BT to follow their own procedures, it may take couple
more weeks than normal but should be possible

Had a client who BT flat refused the conversion UNLESS he went with BT
Broadband then all of a sudden the cost of conversion wasn't so
expensive. He told them to ram it and has since moved. It is still a
TPON line AFAIAA.
