My team is the best in broadband this last year - Top performing and no
pressure from me for them to achieve it - Just good honest teamwork, proper
management with decent process and procedures and hands on training and no
crap from directors.

Just thought I'd let you all know that and thank my guys publicly for
proving others they were wrong.
