tool to monitor routers & QOS traffic...

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool to monitor my switches and routers, specially to
verify the QOS (quality of service) traffic priorization.

also, does you know if there is a tool to test the QOS traffic?
I can see pure bandwidth tests on the net, but I want to verify if when my
bandwidth is highly used, my VOIP traffic still good.
