Tool to determine bandwith usage of a tcp session?

I'm in need of a tool to determine how much bandwidth a particular
strem isusing (it's for VoIP & my QoS settings). Does anyone have such
a too for Linux? I thought I'd find it in Ethereal but it doesn't
apeear to be there.

Use iptraf, in particular use the statistical breakdown by port option.
