I'm trying to configure Exchange 03 to send emails using TLS to specific
domains. Does anyone know of some good resources to find info about this.
Also, does port 465 need to be open on a firewall appliance?

Thanks
Andrew

Thanks, that helps a lot. Any ideas on the port? I read that secure SMTP
traffic uses port 465 but I from what I see here it looks like the servers
still communicate using port 25?

I'm not an expert on this subject - but I'm pretty sure they still
communicate on port 25.

Port 465 is secure SMTP - TLS is SSL v3.0's successor..

an even better guide...
