Tiscali usage monitoring + connection choice problem

Is monitoring actually taking place now ? - I,m new to BB and have a 2GB
monthly
limit.
I understand that usage was not being monitiored initially.


Also I have problem.
I previously used dial-up on BT Internet. I still get the choice to connect
with them.
I,ve repeatly made the tiscali broadband option the 'default', but when
windows (XP pro)
is re-started, it defaults back to BT. There is no option to uninstall the
bt software, but I,ve tried
to remove the BT DUN file.
Not to serious obviously, but it'd be nice to not have to select an option.

You should be able to remove the BT software in add/remove programs
