Tiscali TV and Tiscali Talk?

A couple of queries that I need answering.....

Tiscali TV, how is it delivered?
What is the make of set top box?
How does it need to be connected?
Does it use the broadband connection to get the channels?
Will it work on a BT line with Tiscali Broadband?

Tiscali Talk...
If a whole line is transfered from BT to Tiscali, will caller display still
work? (if it did beforehand)

Im not thinking of going there, but does tiscali TV work on using your
bandwidth to provide TV channels? Presumably the picture quality is crap???
Does anyone here have Tiscali TV???? I keep seeing refrence to Tiscali TV,
and would like to know how its delivered and if it works.....

Expect up to 2 months of outages of both voice and data (neighbour's
experience) and to be told a pack of lies by Indians you usually can't
understand.
