Tiscali - some web site conection problems?

Hi,

For a day or so now I have been unable to get into certain sites such
as www.ebay.co.uk or www.dnsstuff.com and quite a few others.

Anyone else seen this? Is it something at my end?

I'm on 2mb tiscali adsl and I can reach both of those ok.

I'd check to see if you have any of those domain names lurking in your
hosts file -- it's in my \windows\ folder. "localhost" is OK, but
anything else should be regarded with extreme suspicion.

Oh yes, thanks to all but that was the first thing I did (ipconfig
/flushdns) which made no difference. Anyway, it seems to be back now so
I assume it was problem that has been fixed.
