Tiscali rubbish again

This week users have suffered continual poor performance. Apparently it's
because technical people don't know how to set the equipment up - again!
They are saying it's down to "load balancing". So the whole of the UK is
disrupted because unqualified/inexperienced people are employed by Tiscali.

Typical of the way Britain is run these days. It's far from just being Tiscali.
BT sacked (oops retired) many of their senior staff too. Funny thing is, they
recruit kids when the business picks up again and the kids know f**k all. Many
of them can't even read / write /etc competently these days.

What did you expect ?
