Tiscali poor service provider

I have had so many problems with this company that after one week of poor
speeds I cancelled. After 3 weeks they still have not released my line and I
have now complained to Oftel. Their customer services are non existent and
their technical support line whilst being polite are just robots reading
text from a help screen. What will I have to do to get them to disconnect
me!!!!!!

I had Tiscali problems a couple of years back. Wouldn't touch them with the
proverbial sh*tty stick now. I got the feeling that their admin and BT didnt
get on, infact that BT hated them. Not that I'm a big fan of Buzby but you
kinda got to be on good relations with BT to operate smoothly.

Oftel sorted it for me. Just keep calling Oftel for an update.
