questions... if you put in Tiscali 0845 and use the 'advanced'
search, so you can add uk.telecom.broadband you should get
the information you need. I'm confident it was posted a
while ago, but didn't make a note of the number or keep
that posting, as I had/have no need for it.

Broadband Cancellation Line 08450774488 Mon-Fri: 9am-8pm / Sat: 9am-4pm but
they actually only open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

They say that the MAC code will arrive between 2 hours and 5 days and they
have no control over this.
