Hello all
I've been offered an ex tiscali two way internet system. I would like to put
the system onto bt openworld, so I have phoned them and they have emailed me a
migration form to fill out, which to be honest I don't understand why I need to
fill this out they only want my name and address. They could have done this
over the phone.
Anyway is there anyone out there that has already done this migration, if so
have you any advise you could offer me please. I was looking at the 500/1
service as this is all I can really afford. I have seen on there site that the
500/1 can not be used over a LAN, is this the case. I like to use my laptop all
over the house, I use a wireless LAN with AOL and analog x proxy setup. Could
this work with 500/1. Also they say p2p will not work, is this also the case or
is there a way around it.
Any advise most welcome
