Tiscali is broken again! Another hardware failure means people are being
allocated IP numbers in the 212. range which is their backup system.
187kbps sync speed on what is usually an 8Mbps connection.

They say they are not aware of any problem, but that answer depends on which
number you call.

I am about to phone some of the Tiscali directors to get them out of bed and
report the problem.
I hope they can speak English.
