Hi! You need to first register a complaint with
www.ispa.org.uk and they
will get back to you. They will contact Tiscali and get someone that speaks
English to phone you back and attempt to resolve the problem. If they do
not, you need to report them again and that's when the ISP risks being
fined.
Thousands of annoyed customers used their services a few months ago after
Tiscali constantly lied about their service running 100% when it wasn't -
mainly down to employing incompetent engineering staff. That small number
of people did more damage than anything else to Tiscali's share prices and
image. They had a continual repeat history of not being able to identify
and resolve problems - also never keeping the support desk notified or the
service status indicator updated.
