Tiscali and their incorrect line checker database

If you are one of their users o are considering this ISP, beware of their
invalid line database. Their database is stopping customers whose lines are
able to run at 'up to 8mb' from having the service due to incorrect data
that they appear to be carrying. This results in many customers are not
being offered the 'up to 8meg' package even if their line is good for it.

It also goes the other way as well, with them trying to supply end users
with services which they can't deliver due to line length etc..
