Tiscali ADSL line Conversion to Wireless (Netgear DG384G Router)

Hi all,

Can anybody advise me on my attempt to use a Netgear Wireless Modem/Router
(DG384G) on a Tiscali ADSL line (USB Modem)?

I tried to get a connection but could only get the DG384G (after running the
configuration setup) to attempt to connect to the Tiscali ADSL line without
success.

Also, the techs at tiscali said that they only know about ADSL USB Modems
because they do not do wireless Modem/Routers.

I would be extremley grateful if anybody know of anyway a connection can be
made using this wireless router?
