Tiscal SMTP Mail Server

Yesterday evening (2/4/07) between 9pm and 10.30pm I had difficulty in
sending Mail via Tiscali. Error 451 'try again later' and OE reporting that
'server not responding - wait another 60 secs.' If I tried again or waited
60 seconds mail was usually sent. I use XP and OE and Tiscali 2Mbs
Broadband. ADSL speed test revealed an upload speed of 200Kbs. I had no
problem in running IE. Did anyone else have these problems? Is this usual
for Tiscali? I am in the 01837 (Okehampton) telephone area.

They do have their fair share of probs. I like yourself did notice the SMTP
was playing up last night.
