I have set everything up correctly for my PDC emulator to be the time server;
problem is when you do a net time is it selects the first domain controller
(alphabetically) to get the time instead of the time server.

WHY and How do you fix this?

I belive that this is a bug in the NET TIME command. (or maybe this is the
usual behavior)
Use w32tm instead.

Actually all Domain Controllers should be a time servers and should get
their time from the PDC at the root of the forest.
