Time server 76.79.67.76

Hi, I have two DC one is PDCemulator and I try to use it as windows time sync.
All my client works fine and sync to it the right time, but the PDC is
unable to sync with an external time source.
The output command of w32tm /monitor on PDC is:
mydom1.mydom.com *** PDC *** [172.21.10.100]:
ICMP: 0ms delay.
NTP: +0.0000000s offset from mydom1.mydom.com
RefID: 'LOCL' [76.79.67.76]
mydom2.mydom.com [172.21.10.101]:
ICMP: 0ms delay.
NTP: -1699900597.7640625s offset from mydom1.mydom.com
RefID: unspecified / unsynchronized [0.0.0.0]

I set use ntp1.ien.it as external time server, but as you can see it gives
me 76.79.67.76, the output od w32tm /monitor /computer:ntp1.ien.it is:

ntp1.ien.it [193.204.114.232]:
ICMP: 382ms delay.
NTP: -104.4950434s offset from local clock
RefID: 'UTCI' [85.84.67.73]


Any help will be very appreciated, I'm gonna mad :/
