Time/method to refund VirginMedia tech support Premium Rate call charges?

When VirginMedia refunds these charges (e.g. for new cable modem MAC
registration) is it shown as a credit on the bill and if so, how long
does it take to make it onto a bill?

I don't have a VM phone line, just broadband.
