Its timing out at atdn.net - that could be the fault that end, not plusnets.

You have 529ms latency within your own network!

Try turning off all P2P and anything else using your Internet
connection and then re-run the traceroute.

i used to recommend MinusNet but like all decent companies when they grow
large, the bottom line is more important than their customers

Something looks a bit wrong with the trace.
How come the first hop, which is nothing to do with PlusNet as it is part of
your equipment on your network is taking 529 ms?

I am guessing that this (192.168.0.1) is the IP of your router. If so your
setup needs looking at.

As an example, the first hop to my router only takes 1 ms

Trace route determines the route from computer to computer. If one of the
computers on the net is failing then its not going to get past that computer
is it?

AIUI PlusNet's network was down/crippled most of this morning ?

Must have been a regional thing. I had no problems whatsoever.
