In the Windows 2000 Resource Kit there was an extremely useful document
outlining the core network services in the Appendix (Windows 2000 Server
TCP/IP Core Networking Guide - Part #4 - Appendix B - Windows 2000 Network
Architecture). With the movement of several drivers out of kernel mode into
user mode I'm looking for an update to this document. Particularly I am
interested in the memory architecture between kernel and user mode, and what
by default uses the system PTE. Does this doc exist for Windows 2003 buried
in some other resource?
