There is no firmware update for the MN700

At least it is not on the Microsoft Broadband Website as give here:

You can download the latest firmware update for the MN-700 here.

Download the auto update file to update the firmware

There isn't a manual update for the firmware update and the only way to
update it is to run the utility, so you'll have to download the Automatic
Update file from the website.
