Be there new exchanges

Have Be There finished installing their equipment in the exchanges or
are they still expanding? I have been waiting for them to come to
Ripon exchange, North Yorkshire for about 3 years. At one point it
did look like they would but then they changed their minds.

I'm sure samknows.com used to have some sort of list of recently unbundled
exchanges thing, but I can't find it now.
