is there an easy way to get hold of ntl's customer service

After being held on calls, passed from 1 person to another and to another,
cut off, hung up on and gawd only knows what else.

I was just wondering if there is an easy way of getting hold of a
responsible person at ntl's customer service centre.

My problem relates to when I signed up 3 months ago I took advantage of the
free X box deal that I was offered (but still not received), and I have been
trying to get it resolved by telephone, email and letter, all as yet to no
avail.

Surely there has to be a way.

What about a letter addressed to their MD at their registered office?
Keep it polite and his PA will pass it on to the appropriate department.

Yeah I must admit, that looks to be the only option open to me at the
moment.

Any ideas of his name, just to make it look a little more personal??

His name is Don Keycock.

It was "Barclay Knapp" according to this BBC site, although it might have
changed since:
