Are there any ultra sensitive WiFi receivers?

I was wondering if there ware any ultra sensitive like -110db WIFE receivers
in the market like the cell phone companies have for their equipment.

No idea, but with the amount of signals from other people lower receive
levels on equipment is not always the best. Its all very well for some other
technologies where the band is protected such as the satellite receivers but
in the 2.4G Hz band this may not be the best thing.

Well the signal is not protected but it does travel a lot farther. I mean in
my neighborhood I have -67 db and the receive equipment (Belkin wireless) is
failing it. I have the access point just 20 meters from it and have to use
an external antenna to get signal. Even thru dry walls. I'd like some
industrial strength (metaphor) stuff that can get such low levels. It is
crazy. In my surrounding there are not many WiFi access points.

yes new 54g chipset is coming out at over ~100 range

Even if there are not many WiFi APs other systems use 2.4G, you would be
best off increasing you sensititiviy by getting a directional anttena
rather than an ultra-sensitive receiver.
