Ask a better question. Do you mean the linux-in-linux feature added to the
kernel relatively recently? Something like VMWare?

If you need to run Linux over Linux you can try Qemu or UML (User
Mode Linux). And of course VMWare, but is commercial software.

I would like to make Virtual Network, by using several instances of
linux kernel on one system with each has its own NIC, it should be able
to talk each other.
Basically I would like to make communication from one NIC to another
NIC, by using RH Linux.

Hi,

you can use both, VMWare and UML for this. If you plan to do Kernel
development, UML is propably the best choice.

Xen seem's like an option but I have never used it as such..
