I was only able to find one previous message before this one not two. I
found one which you posted on Sep 9th. Since you're using the web interface
the other post may have been lost.

Anyway, this is a peer to peer group not a manufacturer's technical support
forum. People who post to this group and others on the Microsoft server are
volunteering their time. If you didn't receive an answer perhaps it's
because no one had an answer to give you. Posting a question here does not
automatically mean you're going to receive an answer that will resolve your
problem. And certainly when you write what you did above, I can assure you
even if someone did have an answer they wouldn't respond.

Suggest you find a Netgear forum and try asking there.

You most likely didn't give enough information for people to help you.

I know I refuse to help people who don't provide enough information or
if there language has an attitude like your current message.

This is because they are much harder to deal with because they usually
have some sort of an attitude problem.

It sounds to me like you have that sort of a problem as well.

To that sort of people I will either ignore them or send them a remark
saying that they need to grow up.

You really need to grow up & when you post post all pertinent information.

Pertinent information is anything that could have an impact on the
situation you are dealing with.

Just remember it is people helping you out of the kindness of there
hearts, not people being paid to help you.

So I think you are the one that should get the F for not realizing what
you needed to say or saying it in the wrong way.
