Almost without doubt.

Shame he does not really know that much about usenet, as his headers
give that much away! But then again the schools are out on half term
in our area, although I suspect that given his complete lack of social
skills I would think that perhaps Broadmoor or Rampton are missing an
inmate...

It just goes to show that when it comes to tg *care in the community*
is doing him (it) a great dis-service!

Then agian to call him a troll would be most unfair on trolls would it
not? So perhaps he is more of a f*ckwit? ;-)

Good question indeed. OP is a well know vandal who has caused havoc
on uk.local and other groups for months. He seems to have stepped up
his activities for the last few days all over usenet. He redirects
the replies to several uk.local groups by the Followup-To, but
usually omits the original group from this (though not in this case).
He usually tricks posters to reply by using similar names to a
friendly member of the group, though with a different email address.
He will often act as 'the good guy' complaining about posters
(like me) trying to catch him out. Beware of this and always check
the Followup-To and remove if necessary.
