Trying to use a Win98 system on a P-to-P network as a tftp
server in order to back up the config on a Cisco router.
Any ideas?

I apologize for ignorance but I am a Unix guy and not used
to configuring Windows for anything other than home use.

Thanks

There's a free one available from Solarwinds but I haven't used it. I
happened across it while looking at their subnet calculator.
