I've followed all the recommended procedures to secure my Wi-Fi
network at home, but is there a way for me to test it without using
another computer with a WiFi card?

Thank you

sure - take one of the wireless clients - unconfigure it form your specific
settings (basically pretend you were going to try to get on someone elses
network) - and run something like NetStumbler or AirSnort

My Belkin router has a security log.
Perhaps your hardware does too.

Shieldsup is a good web site to use for testing.
Do a google search test security firewall and you will find many hits.
