IIRC, you don't see them posting in the right ones either, maybe posting to
news is a little too complicated for their support staff.

Indeed, I was being rather tongue-in-cheek, but I can appreciate that people

Hi there,

What puts you off about this particularly? The fact that I made a
mistake (I am only human after all) or that fact that we monitor this
newsgroup and well as a number of other external forums and newsgroups
to answer both customer questions and complaints.
