Tesco Broadband and poor customer serviice from NTL Newport

Now I've been told Tesco subcontract to NTL, and Ntl in turn subcontract the
Support of Tesco users, can anyone give me e-mail address, or fax number of
someone actually at Tesco who is responsable for the Internet services.
IE A person employed directly by Tesco.
