You must open tcp port 3389 on your firewall. If you are behind a router
device you must forward tcp port 3389 to the server

Hi,
How to configure terminal services client to connect to my sever,
when I turn on VPN it works if I put local IP adsress, but without VPN
what IP tu put to be able to connect? I found out what my IP is from outside
it doesn't work. Should I open something on the firewall?
thanks

If your server is behind a router and uses a private address, it cannot
be reached from the Internet. You need to connect to the firewall's public
interface. To get the traffic to the server with a private IP, you need to
configure your router to forward tcp port 3389 to the private IP of your
server.
