Terminal Services Licensing Error

When a remote user tries to log on to the terminal server,
she gets the error message "the remoe session was
disconnected because the local computer's client access
license could not be upgraded or renewed".

I have looked at the Terminal Server, as well as Terminal
Services Licensing, Configuration, and Manager, and
havent found anything. Also I am lead to believe that
this is a problem on the clients end as no one else has
had this problem occur. If I had the solution maybe I
could VNC into her machine and take the appropriate action.

I have read several posts on this matter and havent found
anything helpful. Thanks in advance for any advice
received!!!

quoted from http://www.ChicagoTech.net
"The remote session was disconnected because the local computer's client
access license could not be upgraded or renewed"

Causes: Installed the TS licenses incorrectly
