Terminal services 2k and 2k3

A quick Terminal Services question.

I have 8 device Terminal services licening. I recently
purchased win2k3 enterprize server. And moved my Terminal
service licensing to that new server. Is there a way to
clear licenings from the old win2k server which is still
hosting the terminal application server but not the
terminal server it self?
